Fair questions, straight answers

Can I get a mortgage while my DMP is still active?

Some specialist lenders will consider it, weighing your conduct within the plan, your deposit and the wider picture. Others want the plan completed. Angela will tell you which side of that line you are on today.

Does a completed DMP still affect my application?

It can influence which lenders fit for a while, but a completed plan with clean conduct since opens far more doors - and the financial M.O.T. maps the route back to mainstream rates.
